Read Amplification Signal on Every Cycle
Real-time fluorescence PCR in a 15 cm cube
COMPACT REAL-TIME PCR
Real-Time Nucleic-Acid Amplification and Signal Acquisition in a More Compact Format
Esio One Vet integrates thermal cycling, cycle-by-cycle fluorescence acquisition, run-status review, and software-based control in a compact instrument for veterinary point-of-care molecular testing.
8 Channels
Independent Closed Reactions
Uses standard 8-strip PCR tubes for flexible reaction layouts.
45–60 min
Typical Run Time
Actual time depends on the associated veterinary assay and run protocol.
15 cm
Cubic Footprint
Reduces the amount of benchtop space required.
≈1.5 kg
Instrument Weight
Supports flexible placement across point-of-care settings.
REAL-TIME FLUORESCENCE PCR
Track Amplification from Thermal Cycling to Fluorescence Curve
After the sample is loaded into standard 8-strip PCR tubes and sealed, the tubes remain closed throughout amplification and fluorescence detection. Esio One Vet acquires fluorescence cycle by cycle and organizes the changing signal into a viewable real-time amplification curve.

01
Prepare and Seal the Reaction
Process the specimen, load the reaction into standard 8-strip PCR tubes, and seal the tubes according to the assay requirements.
02
Load and Select Protocol
Place the sealed tubes in the instrument and select the variable-temperature or isothermal protocol that matches the reagent chemistry.
03
Thermal Cycle and Acquire
The system executes the defined thermal program and collects fluorescence during every cycle.
04
Analyze and Interpret
The system combines amplification curve, Ct value, baseline, and control validity into result information.
8-CHANNEL REACTION FORMAT
Standard 8-Strip Tubes, More Flexible Run Layouts
Eight independent reaction channels accept standard 8-strip PCR tubes. Depending on the associated veterinary assay, a run can combine multiple specimens, positive and negative controls, internal controls, and target reactions.
Multiple Specimens
Arrange multiple clinical-specimen reactions within the same run.
Positive and Negative Controls
Include the required positive and negative controls in the same run.
Internal Control and Target
Run internal-control and target-gene reactions in parallel when required by the assay.
Flexible Reaction Layout
Adapt the eight-channel layout to the assay and number of specimens.

CLOSED-TUBE ISOLATION
Keep Reactions Sealed and Physically Isolated
Once loaded and sealed, the reaction tubes remain closed throughout amplification and fluorescence detection. The instrument has no shared liquid path between wells and performs no internal pipetting or tube transfer, reducing structural pathways for cross-contamination between specimens.
No Shared Liquid Path
Reaction channels do not share a common liquid-transfer pathway.
No Internal Pipetting
No liquid is transferred between reaction wells during the run.
No Common Reaction Chamber
Each reaction remains in its own physically isolated sealed tube.
No Tube Opening During the Run
Tubes stay closed from amplification through fluorescence acquisition.

AMPLIFICATION FLEXIBILITY
Organize Thermal-Cycling and Isothermal Protocols on One Platform
Esio One Vet supports variable-temperature protocols for conventional and real-time PCR. When the reagent chemistry is compatible and the workflow has been validated, the platform can also run isothermal nucleic-acid amplification protocols.
Conventional PCR Cycling
Runs denaturation, annealing, and extension programs matched to the associated veterinary assay.
Real-Time Fluorescence PCR
Acquires and records fluorescence during the amplification cycles.
Isothermal Protocols
Supports compatible, validated reagent chemistries that amplify at constant temperature.
Software-Defined Protocols
Applies the thermal and acquisition conditions defined for the associated veterinary assay.
THERMAL AND OPTICAL COORDINATION
Coordinate Thermal Control and Optical Acquisition in One Run
Stable thermal cycling provides the amplification conditions, cycle-by-cycle fluorescence acquisition records signal changes, and a unified software interface keeps run status and progress visible.
THERMAL CYCLING
Closed-Loop Temperature Control
Executes defined temperatures across denaturation, annealing, and extension.
FLUORESCENCE
Cycle-by-Cycle Acquisition
Collects fluorescence during every amplification cycle to record reaction changes.
RUN STATUS
Visible Run Process
Review progress, instrument status, and operating guidance through the App.
RESULT VIEW
Amplification Curve
Organizes cycle-by-cycle signals into a clearer view of amplification.
AUTOMATED RESULT INTERPRETATION
Organize Curves and Control Status into Consistent Interpretation Logic
Using rules defined for the associated veterinary assay, the software can analyze amplification behavior and control status, reducing variation from fully manual curve review. Final interpretation rules must be validated and confirmed for each assay.
Amplification-Curve Shape
Analyzes the trend and form of fluorescence change across amplification cycles.
Ct Value
Extracts and applies cycle-threshold information according to the assay algorithm.
Baseline Stability
Uses baseline-region stability as part of run assessment.
Control Validity
Combines positive, negative, and internal-control status to verify result validity.
15 CM CUBIC FOOTPRINT
A 15 cm Cube Preserves More Flexibility for Molecular Testing
Esio One Vet measures 15 cm in length, width, and height and weighs approximately 1.5 kg. Its regular, compact form supports placement in primary care, outpatient settings, smaller laboratories, and other space-limited point-of-care testing areas.
A compact body does not remove the logic of real-time detection. Thermal cycling, cycle-by-cycle fluorescence acquisition, run-status monitoring, and App control remain organized within one workflow, helping the instrument fit existing testing spaces.
15 × 15 × 15 cm
A regular cubic form simplifies benchtop planning.
Approx. 1.5 kg
Reduces the burden of placing the instrument across work areas.
Compact Footprint
Preserves benchtop space for sample preparation and routine operation.
Flexible Deployment
Designed for veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, and veterinary laboratories.

VETERINARY SAMPLE-TO-RESULT WORKFLOW
Build a Clear Veterinary Sample Workflow Around the Associated Assay
Esio One Vet supports workflows for oral/throat swabs, nasal swabs, and other common veterinary PCR specimens. Sample preparation, reaction chemistry, and run protocols should remain aligned with the specific associated veterinary assay.
The website does not present an unconfirmed veterinary assay menu. Supported animal species, specimens, targets, and interpretation rules should follow the applicable instructions for use, registered scope, and local regulatory requirements.
Oral/Throat Swabs
Supports swab workflows compatible with the associated veterinary assay.
Nasal Swabs and Other Specimens
Prepare the specimen and reaction according to the assay requirements.
Protocol Matching
Run protocols remain aligned with the thermal and acquisition settings of the assay.
Compliant Presentation
Animal species, specimen, and test claims follow the formal product documentation.

ESIO APP ECOSYSTEM
Connect, Run, and Review from Familiar Devices
The Esio App supports device connection, protocol selection, run-progress review, and result management, keeping the instrument compact while delivering a consistent interface across endpoints.
Cross-Platform
Supports Windows, iOS, and Android.
Multiple Connections
Supports Wi-Fi, BLE, USB, and Ethernet.
Run-Status Review
Review progress, instrument status, and operating guidance in one place.
Result Management
Review and manage result information through a unified interface.
VETERINARY POINT-OF-CARE MOLECULAR TESTING
