Esio One is a compact 8-channel molecular-testing platform built around standard 8-strip PCR tubes. It supports real-time fluorescence PCR and can run isothermal amplification protocols when the reagent chemistry is compatible. Thermal control, cycle-by-cycle fluorescence acquisition, amplification-curve analysis, and result interpretation are integrated within a 15 cm cube.

After the sample is loaded into standard 8-strip PCR tubes and sealed, the tubes remain closed throughout amplification and fluorescence detection. Esio One acquires fluorescence cycle by cycle and organizes the changing signal into a viewable real-time amplification curve.
